(210) 493-7640How fast can you come look?
We schedule on-site estimates within one business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. If you call on Friday afternoon, Monday is the next honest answer.
Are you really 24/7?
No. The old website said that. The shop hours are Monday through Friday, 8 to 6, and the Google listing matches. Weekend fence shopping is real. Answering the phone on Saturday when nobody is there was not.
Which phone number is yours?
One number: (210) 493-7640. It is the number on this site, on the Google Business Profile, and on the estimate. If you see a second number somewhere old, it is leftover.
What does an estimate cost?
The site visit is free. You get a written scope: footage or area, materials, gates, and what the warranty covers. Financing, if you want it, is a conversation on that visit. It is not how we count a lead.
Can I plan my project before calling?
Yes. Our project planner helps you choose the job, neighborhood, and rough size, then add any notes. It creates a brief you can copy for your call. No request is sent through the planner. Call (210) 493-7640 to discuss your project and arrange a free estimate.
Do you pull HOA rules?
You get us the packet or the portal login. We build to it and we will not order material that the committee has already forbidden. Fair Oaks, Stone Oak, and Bulverde sections are the usual reason this question gets asked.
